Prof. Dr. Nadia Jessel is Chief Scientific Officer Lamina Therapeutics, and inventor of Lamina’s nanoreservoir technology.
She also serves as a Research director (DR1) at INSERM (French National Institute for Health and Medical Research) and is head of the “Regenerative Nanomedicine” laboratory, UMR 1260 Inserm-Unistra in Strasbourg, France.
Nadia’s broad expertise includes molecular and cellular biology, immunochemistry, tissue engineering and biomedical engineering. Over the last 10 years, her research focuses on the bio-functionalization of multilayered polyelectrolyte architectures with emphasis on induction of specific cellular responses and control on cell proliferation and differentiation.
